

Prototyping process
A/Sampling :
+ Receiving pattern, sample, tech. documents from Customers
+ Making medium size as Customers’ requirement
+ Washing test, if any
+ Checking on washing conditions, specification change before and after washing and percentage rate of shrinkage.
+ Basing on washing test result, make samples again for full sizes
+ Rechecking specification after washing
+ Pattern design / full size grading, marker arrangement after checking size specification.
B/Technical process :
+ Checking on working instruction, sample, pattern
+ Making sewing process.
+ Timing process of each work stage to calculate productivity for line
+ Working out with chiefs of lines and line supervisors basing on sewing process.
C/Sewing :
+ Preproduction meeting with Managers, supervisors:
After checking original sample, P.P sample, order file, material cards for making production plan.
+ Allocation / preparation of workers and machines
+ Supervisors control overall processing and check stream comparing with production plan.
+ Inline Q.C regularly check and inform the arisen problems, if any to managers and Supervisors to have prompt corrective solution.
+ Broken needle control
+ Cleaning and removing oil on sewing machines before sewing
+ Mechanics regularly check around lines to repair or replace with the spare
+ After working, check again quantity, products are protected by cover cloth
+ Sewing machines are covered by plastic cover.
+ Security will check around workshop to make sure for safety conditions after working hour.
Management Policy

2. Reasonable working hours: Not to require more than 60 hours work a week
on a regularly scheduled basis, restrict overtime working and in obligation
case, factory will pay overtime compensation in compliance with local laws.
